The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khajekalan P. S. Case No. 295 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 342, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the first information report by the informant that the petitioner repeatedly assaulted with chhura on the person of her mother, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
