Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 05/04/2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52506/2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even after lapse of two years, charge has not been framed in this case and petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2021. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-
