2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 487 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354 (B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of the complainant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent. He is a person of clean antecedent. This case has been filed by the informant to save themselves from earlier case filed by the father of the petitioner against the husband of

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 487 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
