12.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 352 of 2014 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Considering that the Petitioner was named in the oral dying declaration of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
