2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 dated 22.01.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is that they assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant and allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he assaulted with lathi on the head of husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that there is case and counter between

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53731 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 the parties. Counter case bearing Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024 has been lodged by wife of Rabin Yadav (petitioner no.

1) against the informant. It is submitted that the doctor has opined that the injury sustained by both the injured persons are simple in nature. Lastly, it has been submitted that they have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
