The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No.427 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 504, 323, and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is case and counter case in which the petitioner and his wife also sustained injuries and the petitioner being an old man has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
