JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the then Circle Officer is languishing in custody since 28/1/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7/13(2) read with 13(1)(D) of P.C.Act, 1988.

The Nazir of the petitioner was trapped while receiving illegal gratification of Rs. 4,000/- on behalf of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the money was received by the Nazir and not by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Vigilance has admitted that the investigation has already been concluded.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2634 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance (North Bihar), Muzaffarpur, in Vigilance P.S.case No. 93/14 (Spl. 75/14).
