02. 12.05.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 17.12.2015 passed by the 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Patna in Misc. Case No. 03 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 11.06.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Patna in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 209 of 2013, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.

Having considered the facts of the case, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed. However, it will be open to the Petitioner to raise these points at the subsequent stage in accordance with law. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
