2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

3. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468 of the IPC.

4. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with other police party reached the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner with a stolen motorcycle. The petitioner disclosed that he changed the number plate of that stolen motorcycle.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49980 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 case. The stolen motorcycle was not recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered from public path. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 15.05.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) After release, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case of similar nature except the present one, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
