Admittedly, petitioners are parents-in-law of deceased and they are languishing in jail custody since 20.10.2014 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the IPC.
No doubt, some injuries were found on the person of the deceased in course of post mortem examination and she died in mysterious circumstance within four walls of house of these petitioners but taking into consideration that husband of deceased is languishing in jail custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Amarpur P.S.
