The petitioner seeks regular bail in Darihat P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 6 of the Protection of Children Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he untied the naught of the daughter of the informant and made attempt to commit rape.

The submission is that petitioner and the informant are neighbours and on account of some petty dispute, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It appears that only an attempt was made for that the petitioner has remained in jail for three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1596 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014.
