JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2020 The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 04.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34 of 2019 by learned Sessions Judge, Supaul, whereby and whereunder petition for extension of time for furnishing bail bond has been rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Supaul, on the ground that the petitioner was not surrendered in time and also for modification of the order dated 13.04.2018, passed in A.B.P. No. 350 of 2018 by learned Sessions Court, Supaul, arising out of Jadia P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 under Sections 420, 467, 468,471 and 120(B) of the IPC.
