The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the termination of the petitioner dated 19.12.2014 from her contractual appointment on the post of Programme Assistant (District NCD Cell). Letter dated 19.12.2014 has been issued by the Civil Surgeon cum Member Secretary, District Health Society, Vaishali at Hajipur Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation for redressal of her grievances on 17.12.2014 (Annexure (9) before the Secretary cum Executive Director State Health Society, Bihar (respondent no.4) but

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner for disposal of her representation as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.4 to consider petitioner's representation and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Needless to say that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim.
