Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded katta and eleven cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 02.11.2015. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing had been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and the so-called recovery is nothing but only highhandedness of the police.
