Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is alleged that an altercation took place between deceased and the petitioner and after that other FIR named accused assaulted the deceased.

Moreover, two injuries were found on the persons of the deceased and the aforesaid injuries became fatal to the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
