Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is accusation that petitioner gave sword blow causing injury on the neck of injured but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that aforesaid injury was found simple in nature and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 15.12.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
