The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s) :- "1.(i) To set a side the order dated 12.04.2012 contained in Memo No.1137 whereby and where under the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. (ii) To compute and pay the entire retrial benefit taking into account of revision of pay from pay scale of Rs.1575-2300 to Rs.3700-5000/- with effect from 01.01.1986 as was done in the case of the counter parts of the petitioner and consequently pension of the petitioner be revised and fixed with effect from 01.03.1987.

(ii) Arrear of salary from 01.01.1986 to 28.02.1987 and balance amount of pension,

(iii) Benefit of revision of Pension on account of 5th Pay Revision Commission with effect from 01.01.1996 in terms of Resolution No.660 dated 08.02.1999 of the Finance Department to the Government of Bihar.

(iv) Balance amount of pension consequent to revision of pension on account of 6th Pay Revision 01.01.2006 in terms of Resolution No.27/137/08 dated 23.09.2009."

3. No one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 25.8.2025 also when the Court was pleased to record the following order :- "No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondentState is present.

2. This is an old mater of the year 2013 and still the petitioner is not showing interest in appearing and pressing the writ application.

3. One last indulgence is being granted to the petitioner, flailing which on the next, date, the Court may consider dismissing the writ application on merits.

4. Put up this case on 22.09.2025."

4. As no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
