====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-12-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, registered in connection with Seohar P.S.Case No. 79 of 2020 (G.R.No. 265 of 2020). The allegation against co-accused, Bikash Kumar is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5905 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/3 that he happens to be the relative of the complainant and he persuaded her for selfie. When the marriage of the complainant was fixed, he made hindrance and after displaying those photographs, he attempted to break her marriage. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are father and mother of co-accused Bikash Kumar and they are not concerned with the alleged occurrence and only allegation against them is that they also assisted coaccused Bikash Kumar in the alleged occurrence. The learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Seohar in connection with Seohar P.S.Case No. 79 of 2020 (G.R.No. 265 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1
