The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended but from his possession only 4 live cartridges, cash of Rs. 8,530/- and a mobile were recovered. For that, the petitioner is in jail since 08.10.2014. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 458 of 2014.
