The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07/10/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement, the victim got her age recorded as 20 years and she offered to marry with one Ramji Rai. The victim has one child also. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, District-
