2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023, G.R. No. 6658 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the IPC

3. According to FIR, 10 named accused persons came to the door of informant and they started abusing him. Co-accused Laxman Sahni assaulted the informant with butt of the pistol. The accused persons also assaulted Rahul Kumar, Ajit Kumar, Saheb Sahani, and Radhiya Devi. They became injured. The accused

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations against them are general and omnibus. The specific allegation to assault with butt of pistol is against co-accused Laxman Sahni, who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 10321 of 2024. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and they are under custody since 26.03.2025.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 12th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023, G.R. No. 6658 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
