JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. It appears that vide order dated 24.09.2020 passed in the Cr. Misc. No. 24803 of 2020, the petitioner has been granted regular bail with a condition that he shall deposit cash of Rs. 50,000/-.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that due to COVID, the petitioner is not in a position to furnish cash of Rs. 50,000/-. Hence, he prays to modify the order. Since the hardship occasioned on account of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10631 of 2021(3) dt.23-06-2021 2/2 COVID, the order dated 24.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24803 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall not be required to deposit cash of Rs. 50,000/- while releasing him on bail. However, the other conditions shall remain intact.
The order dated 24.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24803 of 2020 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly the application stands allowed and disposed off.
