2 It is agreed between the parties that the process of appointment, by way of regularization, is ongoing in the district of Araria. The petitioners claim to have been working in the said district since long on Grade IV post in Health Department.

The writ petition, therefore, need not be kept pending. 4 The petitioners may make a detailed representation before respondent No 3 within a period of four weeks from today. On such application being made, respondent No 3 would be obliged to consider the petitioners' claim in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter and pass a reasoned and speaking order.
