29-09-2016 Heard Sri Indrajit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anil Kumar Singh-I, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 293 of 2014 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 448, 307, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail, mainly on the ground that though petitioner was named as accused in the F.I.R., there is no specific accusation against him. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the case, none has seen the occurrence, only allegation has been made against one Krishna Murari Yadav for opening firing. He further submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent.
