The petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2015 in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 348 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 307/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. After considering all aspects of the matter as on date, there is no changed circumstances for reconsidering the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

However, since the trial of the case has already been started, it is advisable and in the interest of justice, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16540 of 2016 (4) dt.11-01-2017 may proceed on day-to-day basis and the matter may be concluded within a period of nine months from today.
