JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- " To ensure peaceful education to more than 100 students of the minority community studying in the Madrasa Arabia Manzoorul Islam, by providing adequate security for construction of its pucca building, as the people of majority community of the locality not only demolished the newly constructed wall and stopped the further construction of the building of the Madarsha, but also continuously disturbing the education and other activities, which is apparently an infringement of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the minority communities and minorities institutions under part III of the Constitution of India and clearly deprivation from education to the poor and downtrodden children."
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that probably, the grievances of the petitioner must have stood redressed during the interregnum period, however, liberty be granted to the petitioner to agitate the subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
Liberty so sought is granted.
