The petitioner seeks bail in Laheri P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The wife made allegation that she was married to the petitioner in the year 1996. She got two sons and a daughter. On 02.04.2014, her husband came and took her children to his house but on the next day her husband came and assaulted her. The husband tried to kill her by pressing her neck. It appears that the informant herself disclosed that after sometime she went to inform the landlady. The wife is living separately from before. The dispute appears to have taken place on account of some family feud.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1550 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014.
