Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, it was coaccused Vinay Singh, who took the deceased from his house and the petitioner happens to be father of the aforesaid Vinay Singh and it is alleged that prior to the alleged occurrence, a hot exchange of words had taken place between the petitioner and deceased. Moreover, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and in the post mortem examination, no external injury was found on the person of the deceased.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3434 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate,Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S.Case No. 273 of 2015.
