Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

In view of the notification dated 04.01.2024 bearing Memo No. 11, this writ application is disposed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, within a period of one month and if such an appeal is filed, the Regional Deputy Director of Education shall be obliged to consider the same, in accordance with law.
