JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 After some argument, faced with the issue of maintainability of the present writ petition in view of the provision of appeal, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya dated 04.10.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 04.10.2007, which shall be disposed off by the appellate authority, if filed within a period of two weeks, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
