Taking into consideration that at the time of alleged occurrence petitioner was in jail custody and neither he was caught at the spot nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession, though the learned court below committed error on record in mentioning the name of petitioner along with those persons who were caught at the spot, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge 8th Ara in connection with Session Trial No. 165 of 2014, arising out of Udwant Nagar P.S.Case No. 265 of 2013.
