JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 After some arguments, Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal in order to enable him to approach the court below and seek regular bail as one of the accused Taukir Alam, who is alleged to have taken Rs. 6 lacs from the informant, has already been granted bail.

If the appellants appear before the court below and seek regular bail, the court below shall consider such prayer taking into account the aforesaid facts and would not be prejudiced by the fact that the present Cr.
