Patna High Court CWJC No.19614 of 2013(3) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 21.8.2013, passed by the learned Munsif, Khagaria in Election Case No. 04/2011 by which the learned Munsif has rejected the petitioner dated 14.8.2013 by the petitioner for grant leave of the court for adducing evidence of witness Nod. 1 to 11 on her behalf and also closed the evidence of the writ petitioner for no reason."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, at the outset, submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, during the interregnum period, hence, the petitioner does not wish to press the same.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
