The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2012 initially registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code. However, charge sheet has been submitted for offence under Sections 201 and 120B and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R. there is allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty and cause of death by asphyxia due to drowning, but there is no injury on the victim. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P. S. Case No. 160 of 2012.
