Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
As per the prosecution case, 25 named accused persons including these petitioners armed with weapons
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48550 of 2022(2) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 assaulted the informant and his family members as a result of which 4 persons sustained injury. One of the injuries sustained by Sanjay Kumar is said to be grievous in nature. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. There is no specific overt-act against these petitioners. Case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 61 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
