Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 428 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. He has no concern with the alleged liquor or the motorcycle. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from a road near Adarsh Vidya Mandir as is evident from the seizure list.
