The petitioner seeks bail in Adapur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and two mobiles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 22.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2861 of 2015 (4) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014.
