Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.12.2015 on the accusation that one mobile, one dagger and one motorcycle were recovered from his conscious possession when he was caught by the police. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the motorcycle belongs to the uncle of the petitioner and similarly the seized mobile belongs to the petitioner and for recovery of a dagger, the petitioner has sufficiently been punished by remaining in jail custody since 26.12.2015.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
