Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Gaurichak P.S.Case No. 198 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 498A, 494, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case relates to cruelty and harassment due to none fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Both the learned counsels are appeared before the court and submits that petitioner and complainant are amicably settled their dispute and the complainant Rashmi Devi W/o of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4684 of 2021(3) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 Pradip Kumar living with her husband with full honour and dignity.

The learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S Case No. 198 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C Petitioner is directed to file affidavit at the time of final bail bonds before the court below to the effect that they are living together with full honour and dignity.
