The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the brother of the informant, namely, Manoj Kumar due to which, he sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injuries upon the brother of the informant, namely, Manoj Kumar are grievous in nature on non-vital part of the body and other injuries are simple in nature as appears from Annexure-2 of this petition. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Deo Police Station Case No.33 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
