JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the first information report and except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is also pointed out that having similar allegation one co-accused Pappu Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court.
Considering the fact and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 166 of 2013.
