JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.02.2013, passed by the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Saran Division, Chapra in Misc. Stamp case no. 12 of 2010, whereby and whereunder he has directed the petitioners to pay the deficit stamp fees, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought, is granted.
