Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested and made his confessional statement and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 13.12.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P.
