Petitioner was caught on the spot and one dagger, some nexalite pamphlets and one liter petrol are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that when petitioner was arrested in the present case, he was remanded in several other cases which have not been lodged against the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, prior to arrest of the petitioner in the present case, petitioner was not made accused in any other case It is further contended that several co-accused persons, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
