That this is an application to pass appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions in the nature of Mandamus directing upon the Respondents to pay the dues salary of petitioner for the period 29.08.2013 to 08.09.2013, 02.11.2013 to 17.11.2013, 07.01.2009 to 09.02.2009 and 23.08.2010 to 20.10.2010 i.e. total 120 days

Patna High Court CWJC No.11436 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 regarding earned leave and benefits of Ist, 2nd and 3rd ACP who has been posted at present on the post of Assistant (Lower Division Clerk) in the office of the Assistant Settlement Officer, Munger."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
