In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.481 of 2015 (G.R. No.2789/2015), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307,114, 354(B) and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(iv)(v)(x)(xi)xv and 2(iii)(iv) of S.C./S.T. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury report indicates that the victim has received simple injury. It appears that the dispute is with respect to the land and both the sides have lodged case and counter case. The petitioners are in jail since 5.12.2015.
