That this is an application for grant of an appropriate writ for a direction to the respondents and to give to the petitioner the 2nd assured career progression under Bihar Employees Condition of Service (Assured Career Progression Scheme) Rules, 2003 (A.C.P.

Scheme for short) in accordance with law with all consequential benefits together with interest on the sum admissible to the petitioner, which have been illegally withheld by the respondents."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the Respondents has referred to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, more

Rs. 10,000-15,200/-, vide memo dated 2.5.2022, hence, the grievances of the petitioner has already stood redressed.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be so, the present writ petition be disposed off, however, directions be issued for payment of the actual monetary benefits, in case the same have not been paid to the petitioner. It is directed accordingly.
