The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheosagar P. S. Case No. 319 of 2016 instituted under Sections 341, 342 and 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are co-villagers and on account of dispute over the land, this false case has been lodged and after realizing the same, they have also filed compromise petition in the court and these petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52874 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Bitu Singh and Hridya Singh, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar P.S.Case No. 319 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
