The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date final order has not been passed in the ongoing departmental proceeding despite an award having been made on 8.7.2017 before the Lok Adalat held at High Court, Patna.

In view of the aforesaid, the Disciplinary authority is directed to pass a final order in the ongoing departmental proceeding within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
