The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022 registered under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/3(A)/14(A) of the Child Labour Act, 1986.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is on Police Bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the matter is well covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) P.L.J.R., 491.

In view of the above, it is directed that petitioner may

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48395 of 2022(6) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today.

In case, petitioner surrenders and files an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been decided in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh (Supra).

With the above directions/observations, this application is disposed of.
